Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at bidulshmol@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Dounia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
